Impact Pastor –  Jim Carlson, has a rich experience in ministry having served as an Evangelist and Lead Pastor.  He is responsible  for the Impact Ministry and oversees the volunteers who serve as Ushers,  Greeters, and Parking Attendants.  

He also directs the Growth Track classes which is a class to aid new attendees in their desire to know more about Wings of Faith.  

In addition, he is actively engaged in the worship services and moderates various aspects of the worship program.
